What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

A minimum of 24 hours is required for all cancellations to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. To rebook your appointment and avoid a cancellation fee, please speak to our front desk receptionist, leave a message on The Syndicate’s voicemail at 406-212-7991 or send us an email at prior to the 24-hour time frame.

If the cancellation is made within the 24-hour period,  we will charge the credit card on file. If you do not have a card attached to your account, we will add the fee to your next salon service.  Fees are:

Cancellations within 24 Hours: 50% of Full Service

No Show: 50% of Full Service

Do You Require A Credit Card To Book An Appointment?

Yes, we’ll ask you to put your credit card on file when you book your appointment online or by phone.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

Service Refunds: If you are unhappy with the service you received at The Syndicate Hair & Beauty Parlor, we will schedule a redo, free of charge. 

Product Refunds: We will refund the amount back to your payment method within two weeks of purchase.  

Do You Accept Walk-ins?

Yes, we accept walk-ins, depending on our schedule for the day.  However, we can’t guarantee we’ll have time for your usual service or favorite team member unless you book an appointment.  

What Payment Types Do You Accept?

Amex, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay and cash.

Can I Add A Gratuity To My Card?

Yes, you’ll have an option to add a tip for your stylist, manicurist or aesthetician when you pay for your services on your credit card.

How Should I Prepare For My Updo?

Please arrive with clean dry hair and any clips, combs or hair jewelry to include in your styling.

Do I Need To Do Anything Special Before My Skin Care Services?

Please arrive 15-30 minutes before your appointment.  This extra time allows you to unwind in our waiting area, enjoy a complimentary beverage and complete any necessary paperwork. Late arrival may decrease your treatment time. 

I’m Using Retin-A. Will This Interfere With My Facial?

If you are having any facial service, including facial waxing, we strongly suggest that you discontinue the use of products containing Retin A or other Retinols 72 hours before your appointment.  

Are There Any Medical Conditions I Should Let You Know About?

Yes, advise your service provider if you are taking Accutane, have any medical condition or are under a physician’s care such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, or heart conditions.  We will customize our services to fit your needs whenever possible.
